Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Thor Teknoloji Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Thor Teknoloji”) as data controller, as described below.

Personal data we process

Through the partner and corporate request form we process:

• Identity: first and last name
• Contact: phone number, email address, city / country
• Customer transaction: company name, request type, message, catalogue request
• Transaction security: date and time the form was submitted

Purposes

• Receiving, assessing and responding to your request
• Assessing dealer and corporate partnership applications
• Sending catalogues and product information
• Establishing and managing a business relationship
• Complying with legal obligations

Collection method and legal basis

Your personal data is collected electronically through the form on our website. It is processed under KVKK Article 5/2 (c), where processing is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, and Article 5/2 (f), where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Transfers

Form data is stored on the servers of our cloud infrastructure provider, Google Firebase (Google LLC), and forwarded to our company email address through our email provider, Google Workspace (Google LLC); these servers may be located outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made in line with KVKK Article 9. Your data may also be shared with competent public authorities where required by law. It is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set by applicable law. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7; request that such corrections or deletions be notified to those third parties; object to outcomes against you that result solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
